Our Guarantee & Commitment
Our goal is to ensure that clients have the necessary tools, resources, and outcomes to assure deliverables are sustained long-after completion of our work. Therefore, we conduct a follow-up assessment of the services you received. If the deliverables do not meet expectations, we'll refund at least 10% of the professional services cost.
Enhanced Professional Development Report
Everyone that engages our coaching services will receive an enhanced CRP Companion Individualized Professional Development Report. These plans include input from additional resources and facilitate our work with clients to develop their 12-month strategic growth plan.
Professional Coaching & Mentorship
It’s well established that professionals across the field of clinical research receive the majority of training via on-the-job experience. At most institutions this holds true regardless of role from Clinical Research Coordinators, Clinical Research Nurses, Supervisors, to Managers and Directors. This is a recognized issue at many Clinical Research Sites and Academic Medical Centers such that several are working to develop a standard approach to address the challenges of training & mentorship.

Consulting Services
We recognize that sometimes everyone needs a little extra help, an outsider perspective, or an experienced but neutral expert to help facilitate change. Our consulting services are aimed at augmenting client's customized Companion Training Events in which their desired outcomes may benefit from some additional support. We're here to help.
CRP Ally’s uses a standard 5-step process. Every engagement starts with an Inquiry Request, Review, and Project Assessment. You can send us an inquiry at any time. Once we’ve received the request, we’ll review it and contact you regarding additional details. If we don’t believe our services are the best fit for your needs, we’ll let you know and provide other recommendations. Alternatively, if we align on the project, timelines, goals, metrics, and other key elements we will initiate the contract and begin work. You can expect that we will ensure transparency and clear communication with key stakeholders throughout the engagement. At the completion of each project all clients will receive our formal report documenting the work and outcomes.
