I love to build things and foster growth around me. My greatest joy is seeing an idea transition into sustained reality, and the reverberating impact it has on those that made it happen. As such, I am a strategic optimist with enduring tenacity that is quick to recognize “potential;” whether it is the potential of an individual, system, program, or company. I believe all exceptional clinical research programs start with empowered, confident and engaged professionals. Therefore, our initial products and services are focused on empowering institutions, programs, and individuals through customizable educational events that may be paired with other professional services.

Our Approach to Professional Learning

We respect the unique knowledge, experience, and expertise that every clinical research professional has. Therefore, we see our role as being your professional "companion" for these events. You let us know what your needs are, and we'll customize an event based on our foundational training materials for you.

Then be ready to bring your unique perspectives and energy to engage in learning. We'll bring a training experience dense with information and packed with opportunities to process, discuss, and integrate material into your daily work. CRP Ally "Companion Training Event" series are created to provide an ecosystem where professionals come together, learn new information, and openly discuss the implications in their daily work, programmatic operations, and individual professional development.

Foundational training materials are derived from federal laws, regulations, and other key materials. Each training event includes competency domains covered in accordance with the Joint Task Force for Clinical Trial Competency (JTF). 

Everyone that attends one of our "Companion Training Events" will receive an individualized report that provides direct feedback on their pre- and post- seminar surveys with references, and resources, to help support their continued professional development. This then becomes a valuable tool for managers to support staff after the event.

We guarantee that attendees will receive the most up-to-date materials up through 1-year after the event they attended. If we update our materials with new information following any event, previous event attendees will receive a free new, updated electronic copy of the materials.

We recognize that sometimes everyone needs a little extra help, an outsider perspective, or an experienced but neutral expert. Our professional services are aimed at enhancing our other products. We're here to help you whether it's a program needing assistance in facilitating a change management plan identified during a "Program Building & Facilitated Teamwork Training Event;" or an individual wants individualized coaching to support transition into their new leadership role from an expert that is both knowledgeable and experienced in similar work.
