It’s well established that professionals across the field of clinical research receive the majority of training via on-the-job experience. At most institutions this holds true regardless of role from Clinical Research Coordinators, Clinical Research Nurses, Supervisors, to Managers and Directors. This is a recognized issue at many Clinical Research Sites and Academic Medical Centers with several institutions working to develop a standard approach to address the challenges of building training & mentorship programs.
CRP Ally’s coaching services are available to all. We're here to help whether you're contacting us on behalf of an institution or want some personal coaching support. Our multi-step, systematic approach starts with assessing your desired outcomes and priorities. These will then determine what additional data we need to gather from other key stakeholders (if necessary) to help in the development of a plan, setting of goals, and defining any metrics to help measure your professional growth. Throughout the experience we'll meet regularly. Your coach will provide resources, materials, and feedback aligned with your goals. At the conclusion of every coaching engagement each individual can keep their Enhanced Professional Development Report both as documentation of their successes and considerations for future growth opportunities. Our aim is to provide individuals with the tools, resources, reflection, and information needed to elevate their professional development.
Every engagement begins with an Inquiry Request. We'll review it and connect with you to discuss your coaching needs. If our expertise matches your needs, we'll initiate our multi-step standard process in supporting your self-actualization of goals.
Once everything is complete, clients will receive a comprehensive report-out detailing the work. After 1-month, CRP Ally will contact clients to check-in on coaching outcomes to ensure a satisfactory experience.
